"As I began my meditation, I sat on the chest at the end of the bed and faced the mantle-piece where the mandala sat. I closed my eyes and visualized the mandala with its' circle of seven spheres. As I concentrated on re-seeing the picture, each sphere began to move and spin. The spheres became snake-like forms that twisted energetically out of the picture. These seven twisting forms then entered my body at corresponding chakra points, igniting and activating each chakra with bright light. This experience continued for 15 to 20.
